Refund policy

Returns Eligibility:

• At Come Over x, every piece is made with care and product-specific measurements provided on each product page. If the garment still does not fit you, we currently offer returns for store credit. 
• Return shipping fees are at the customer's expense.

• Items must be returned or exchange within 7 days of delivery in exchange for store credit (postage fee excluded).
• If your order qualified for discounted or free shipping or free shipping, please note that the original full shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit amount once your return or exchange is processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any promotional shipping discount will not apply in the case of a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition with original tags attached, free of any alterations, free from scents including but not limited to perfume, smoke, or food, as well as pet hair or any other stains or marks to qualify for a full store credit. Please note that any of these will be considered signs of wear and will render the item ineligible for a refund or exchange. 
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
